Brian is an experienced and accomplished Realtor, with over two decades of experience in the industry. Brian first became involved in real estate as an investor in 1997, and then obtained his real estate license in 2001. In 2009, Brian became a broker, and has been with Property Brokers of Minnesota since 2008. In 2022, Brian was promoted to the role of broker for the company.
Brian’s expertise in selling foreclosure properties is noteworthy, having sold over 1,000 properties for major banks such as HUD, Wells Fargo, Fannie Mae, and Bank of America. Brian has also been an active member of the South East Minnesota Association of Realtors. Brian was appointed to the SEMN MLS in 2013, serving as the MLS President from 2017-2018 when SEMN MLS consolidated with Northstar MLS. Brian has continued his involvement with MLS serving as a member of the Northstar MLS board from 2018 to present, including serving as its chair in 2022. During his tenure as MLS President, Brian oversaw multiple consolidations with Northstar and facilitated the hiring of a new Northstar CEO.
As a member of the Real Estate Educators association, Brian enjoys teaching other Realtors on various topics, including ethics and fair housing. Brian is passionate about working with traditional buyers and sellers, real estate investors, foreclosed homes, property management, and even the commercial side of real estate. Brian’s favorite role is acting as the Broker for Property Brokers of Minnesota and providing knowledge and resources for the Realtors who work at his Brokerage.
Brian lives in Rochester with his wife Alisa, who owns and helps operate Property Brokers of Minnesota, and their three children. In his free time Brian enjoys golfing, attending high school sporting events, coaching high school cross country, hunting deer, and spending time with his family.
